Not what we expected
Original check in time was 4, got an email to wait until 5 due to previous renter being so dirty it took extra time to clean. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes to gain entry into the property, while having to talk to the property owner to help. The ad said 2 bath when in reality it is 1 1/2 with the 1/2 on the ground floor with the laundry, and main bath on the second floor. The first bedroom with a king bed had a dirty stained comforter, 2 pillows had dirt/stains on them. Carpets were dirty and stained. There were no bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths in the main bath or kitchen (which we didnt know until morning). Bench seat in dining room had a stain and a broken button tuft. Soap dispenser in the kitchen had leaked all over the kitchen counter. Ceiling fan in living room had a bad wobble. Bathroom vanity was missing a drawer front. The bedroom windows were so shoddy that the wind was howling, king bed has a stained mattress cover. I have pictures to back it up.
