By booking, you read and agree to all of the following house rules:

House Rules:

1. Please park on the street.

2. You will need to request a key fob from us BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DAY/ARRIVAL to access the amenities (gym, rooftop, movie theater, and other areas within the building).

3.. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered.

4. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.

5. A lost, missing, damaged key or fob has a replacement cost of $150.

6. There is a $28 early check in and late check out fee. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival.

7. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels.

8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you retrieve delivered mail or items.

House Rules:

1. There is a free street parking. However, the free parking that we provide is temporarily only available between 5 pm and 7 am. A parking pass has been provided for your use and can be found within the unit. Kindly ensure the pass is displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked to prevent your car being towed. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure compliance with parking regulations.

11. There is one noise monitor in the living space. Tampering, blocking, or disconnecting the device will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

12. We do not allow pets in the unit.

13. Hosts and the property manager must be able to contact you via the phone number you provided if needed.

14. You will need to request a key fob from us BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DAY/ARRIVAL to access the amenities (gym, rooftop).

15. If you or your party steal or damaged anything from the unit or the property, the person named in the reservation will be held liable.

16. Failure to follow our house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and/or immediate removal from the property. We enforce these rules strictly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.

17. For the safety and security of all guests, the door code is for your use only. Do not share it with anyone outside of your reservation, including visitors, friends, or delivery personnel. If the code is shared and any issues arise such as theft, damage, or unauthorized access, you will be held responsible, and we are not liable for any resulting loss or incident. Violating this rule may also lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Splendid

Great location! Peaceful and quiet. Near beautiful capital building and easy walk to nearby restaurants. Very short drive or longer walk to historic Des Moines. Property new, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. Nice kitchen. Although we didn’t cook there it appeared to have that one would need. Keurig coffee maker.Would definitely stay there again.
