Arrived late. Did smell of smoke up arrival? Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean but could use update. Some stains noted in the carpet but appeared clean. Continuous loud fan/air exchange in bathroom but worked for white noise at night. Spent very little time there so worked out for us.

Did the job. Staff were all very kind and check-in was smooth. The room was clean with no complaints there. The only complaint that is a big deal for us was the very sad state of breakfast. Very bland, boring, and extremely limited options. Breakfast is important for my family when choosing a hotel.
