The Space:

This spacious home is designed for family comfort and convenience. The interior features four well appointed bedrooms including two rooms with king beds, one room with a queen and single bed, and a fourth room equipped with a queen and a bunk bed, perfect for children. Guests have access to three full bathrooms, each stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances like a dishwasher, oven, and blender, making meal preparation easy. Comfy living areas on each floor center around cozy indoor fireplaces, ideal for relaxing evenings. Additional amenities include a dedicated laptop friendly workspace, high speed wireless internet, sun room with a deck, and laundry facilities with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

As our guest, you have private access to the entire ranch style house, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and two living areas with fireplaces. Local dining and grocery stores are minutes away, making it easy to satisfy your hunger whatever it is.  Whether staying for a weekend or longer, this convenient location is ideal for exploring everything Iowa has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around Des Moines is easy and convenient from our location. We provide complimentary parking on the premises so you can easily explore the area by car. For those flying into the city, the Des Moines International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the house. While the neighborhood is best experienced with a personal vehicle, local rideshare services are readily available to connect you to major attractions and transit hubs throughout the city.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that check in begins at 16:00 and check out is required by 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 21:00 and 07:00 to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Free parking is available in the driveway (3 spaces) and street for your convenience.  The garage is excluded from the property amenities. NO PETS ALLOWED.
