PARTY NOTICE - Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family

Large and clean

This is a lovely house with plenty of room and very clean. The location is fabulous for anything you want to do near Jordan Creek. The host was amazing with communication and responsiveness. A great experience with my extended family.

This home was perfect for your girls trip/celebration! Very nice and quiet neighborhood made us feel safe at all times! So many good bars and restaurants near by to enjoy as well! Great house in a great location!

We stayed here for a family girls weekend. The house was clean and spacious. The openness of the main area allowed for us to socialize there and the location close to so many restaurants and activities gave us a lot of easy options. The communication with the owner was great!

Large Family Holiday Get-together

The home has ample space, great outdoor space, walking distance to a nice park and Jordan Creek Mall! Close to the interstate too! The property manager was quick to respond to any needs or concerns and was glad to take some advice on what things could help make the property EVEN BETTER! Highly recommend!

The pictures are exactly how it looks. It is super clean, very nicely updated, and the location is superb! I’m big of safety and this place is safe and in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. Host is very responsive.

Good but could use some attention

House is big and in a great location. Kitchen was light on pots, pans and mixing / serving bowls but Dan brought some bowls the same day. Shower curtains needed to be replaced which was handled promptly but the water pressure was very weak in the showers and the tubs didn't drain. Sheets weren't changed on all the beds and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Ceiling fans had thick layer of dust. Could be amazing with a little attention

It was a difficult time for our family as we were there for my moms funeral and having a comfortable and wonderful place with plenty of space for us all helped. So much better than a hotel!

Great house for gathering of friends!

We were able to easily check in and the host was engaged and helpful. The bedrooms and many bathrooms were perfect for our group. It's also close to great places to eat and downtown Des Moines isn't too far.
