It is drained and disinfected between guests and has a locking cover for safety. It is kept at 100° in the summer and 102° in the colder months. It can be increased up to 104° if you wish.

Bonus: For your convenience, both of these high-quality twin mattresses can easily be moved into the main house spaces to fit your group's specific sleeping layout.

Guest Notes & House Rules

Pet Policy: We love animals! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join your stay, we do have a $49 per pet fee assessed at booking for extra cleaning, we must ensure that the next guest will be comfortable even if they have pet allergies.

If your pet damages the property in any way a fee of $1000+ will be assessed based on damages/accidents.

Library Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while browsing the library collection.

Grill Essentials: Guests are welcome to use the charcoal grill, but please bring your own charcoal.

Please shower any products off of skin before entering the hot tub. Please refrain from dunking your head. The back porch houses a personal changing tent, please change out of your wet clothes before entering the home, there are robes and beach towels in the dining room as well as the washer and dryer for convenience.
