Parking: Please park in the parking lot. If you a vehicle, we provide 1 free parking pass. It will either be located in the lockbox or in your unit.

Enter the building through the west entrance. There is a lockbox on the wall to the right of the double doors. It is marked with your reserved unit #.

Codes and keys:
1. Choose the lockbox marked with your reserved unit number, and enter the code we will provide you with followed by the enter button.
2. Enter into the lobby. The elevators will be to your Right.

Excellent and caring communication throughout the visit! So close to options downtown and everything we needed better than a hotel. Had a wonderful weekend in my old home town visiting friends and looking forward to the next time!

Had a nice time staying in this unit. I would recommend it to anyone staying in downtown Des Moines. It is a beautiful city with lots to see and do. My friend and I biked about 40 miles. It is an amazingly bike-friendly city.

The caretaker didn’t take care and it’s only a tv in living room and it’s small. Beds are very small and cheap. Not luxury as advertised.

THIS IS A DORM ROOM! This property was very disappointing. It was a student housing and not a vacation rental. The hallways and apartment had a strong musty smell, and I had to run the humidifier constantly—dumping it every 3 hours.The unit was not well stocked (only two forks), and the coffee pot didn’t even fit the machine properly to make coffee. Rugs were worn and dirty, the sheets had a musty odor, and there were no extra blankets provided. Beds were cheap, 4 inch mattress on a metal frame.Maintenance issues included a slow-draining bathroom sink. On top of that, the host gave very short notice before ENTERING our space, which felt intrusive. Communication was also excessive—they continued to text me repeatedly after I had already checked in, even late in the evening, 9 pm, requesting additional information, a photo of me holding my Drivers License! I had already checked in!Overall, the space was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not what I expected. I would not stay here again.
