This property had a great price, was close to Jordan Creek Mall and several restaurants. We got there about a half an hour before check, and was able to get our room. The staff was very nice, and the hotel was lovely. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. Overall great hotel.

Very well kept Hampton Inn. King Bed ADA room had easy walk-in-shower with nice shower hose attachment as well as over head shower & safety grab bars. TV about 45” regular cable and local DTV. Room very clean, dust free. Standard hot breakfast, toast, muffins, fruit

The staff was nice and they offered a good breakfast.The rooms are really dated and ours was not cleaned properly. When we turned on the shower, dirty water backed up in the tub from the drain. There was also hair in the sink when we arrived and the toilet was not clean.

We really appreciated how courteous the night manager Ken was. We had a small issue with our room and he immediately rectified the situation. We also thought it was awesome that he prepares to go food bags for the morning travelers. That was perfect for us as we had a tight timeframe to get from Des Moines to Chicago.
