Great location within walking distance of the DART bus station (we went to the State Fair so it was nice to be able to just walk to the shuttle and not worry about driving and parking anywhere), convenient underground parking. This is a beautiful hotel, room was the best I’ve stayed in for a while. Hotel staff were helpful and we had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel nice spacious rooms. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Parking is $30 right next to the building otherwise you can do meter parking across the road. Would stay again if in the area!

You have to pay $30 per night to park at the hotel. It has a security system that you can check in and out of like a garage. It’s right next to the hotel. This hotel is linked to the downtown Skyway system. If you can going to an event at the Casey’s Center or Iowa Events Center, this is a great location. You pay a little more to stay here, but the location is worth it.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we were just as happy the second time around. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and location is convenient. The restaurant and Starbucks on site are a huge plus as well! Will definitely stay here again.
