Relish in billiards indoors or escape outdoors for yard games, grilling or an evening bonfire. This newly remodeled 4 bed, 2.5 bath property has everything you need on your next vacation.

Great for entertaining and large groups both inside and out. Large windows and skylights let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy polished concrete and luxury tile floors throughout the main level and carpet upstairs and down. An updated, modern kitchen provides the perfect heart of this home complete with all the essentials you'll need.

The Master Bedroom is complete with a large en-suite bath with glass walled shower and a double vanity as well as a spacious master closet.

Other guest rooms are adjacent to an additional full bath with another double vanity - this are is able to be closed off for additional privacy if needed.

Outdoors you'll enjoy a fully fenced backyard filled with an overhead shade structure, plenty of seating and a fire pit overlooking the lake for use when weather permits!

This space also includes the modern amenities of wifi, Smart TV, a custom dog shower, and laundry appliances.

Family vacation

Great home base for a quick family vacation. We loved the big picture windows overlooking the lake. The outdoor space was great for the kids to play. Fishing was fun for the kids!

Great Space

This VRBO is FABULOUS, we stayed for the weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our pups LOVED the fenced in back yard and the house was comfortable and cozy!!!!! Definitely will be going back !!!!

Eclectic mid-century modern house with lots of space

We appreciated the space for our group of friends to chat and catch up after not seeing each other for years. We had just enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own and ample space to stretch out and make the house our home away from home for a weekend. The house did have a musty smell, but that didn't stop us from having a nice time.

Great, central location and super unique property!

We recently stayed at this property for our boys' basketball tournament. This house was central to several gym locations in the greater Des Moines area and worked great for three moms and three teenage sons. The boys enjoyed the pool table and even took the kayak for a spin on the little lake which is right in the backyard! Property manager was super quick to respond to any questions (which I didn't have many of, but they were quick on the one I did!) and we will definitely look to rent again when our teams are back in Des Moines.
