The room was clean and provided large bottles of shampoo,conditioner, and body wash and hair dryer provided which was a nice surprise bc other Red Roof properties I have stayed in did not provide this. Check in was quick and easy and staff friendly. The area surrounding the property seems a bit unsafe. When we arrived there were a couple of scary characters roaming in the area which scared us a bit. Otherwise it’s a good property for a quick stay.

Room was clean and was conveniently located for a cross-country drive. I stay at this Red Roof and the one in Erie PA on my drives two or three times a year and they’re consistently clean with friendly staff and very welcoming of dogs… no extra fee is greatly appreciated when you have a sweet easy going dog who causes no harm!

Cozy rooms

Staff very friendly, John the night auditor provided great customer service. This is one of my favorite places to stay, even though I get an employee discount for a major brand. This property is well maintained coming from someone who does building repair.

Not highly recommended.

Young lady who checked us in super sweet. The hotel tub needs to be bleached. We didn’t sleep and left early no showers as no thank you to the bathroom. I don’t recommend.

So I reserved our room before reading reviews because I saw it had an overall good star rating and was reasonably priced. As we got closer I read some reviews and got nervous. Some people mentioned surroundings being questionable, dirty room, and bugs. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the manager and proptly assisted with our check in. He was very courteous. Our room was nice. Had enough modern updates, was clean, and very comfortable. I stripped back the blankets and such to check for dirt etc... and found nothing but perfectly clean white sheets! My family slept well. TV worked, shower had great water pressure and temperature. My only complaint is that the shower head was low... but I am tall, so it was no big deal. Thanks for a great stay, we'd definitely book again if passing through!
