Desk clerk knew that I was a gold member at Expedia, welcomed me to Wildwood, & remembered my name the next morning -- gracious & helpful & proud of where she worked. The Lodge has a great ambience & us family-friendly. Breakfast was very good. When I asked for a possible free upgrade, we got a suite!
