Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but two individuals in particular deserve special recognition :)
Darelyne, the manager, was an absolute delight. Her sweet, warm, and genuinely pleasant demeanor made every interaction feel personal and heartfelt. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. The space was very modern, comfortable and clean. We managed to see most of St. Lucia with some driving in a rental car from this location. A great place to stay on the island.
