"Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk"

"Upon entering the Oxford Suites I was greeted by two of the friendliest and welcoming front desk clerks. They were funny and kind, helpful and informative. I complimented them on their professionalism. Too many times the front desk staff are just doing the bare minimum. These guys made me feel happy about choosing this hotel."

"This place seems to be some place that maybe people live at. There was noise all night of either kids playing outside till almost 11pm or talking loudly all night. The staff was great about getting a unit on the first floor so we didn't have to carry our luggage upstairs."
