Vibrant three bedroom, two bathroom house with electric fireplace and outdoor fire-pit to enjoy desert nights. Inspired by the Mexican painter Frida Kahlo’s bold & colorful style.

Property is gated and have large front yard which can fit multiple vehicles. Our 3-bedroom home sleeps 6 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 7 registered guests with additional fees. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

The space
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located 15 minutes from Palm Springs in the historic B-Bar H Ranch neighborhood of Desert Hot Springs with easy access to the highway.

This is a three bedroom, two bath cozy home. Firepit outside, electric fireplace inside, gated, plenty of parking.

Other things to note
Pool cleaners due enter the property twice per week to clean the hot tub.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation of this. This device will read the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time."
