HOUSE RULES:
Additional guests will be charged $35/guest
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. $1000 fee will be applied for violations of any of our house rules.

IMPORTANT
Because our pool runs on propane gas tank, pool heating will cost $100/day and the spa is $30 per night.

Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

NOISE:
Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park in the driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

Failure to comply with the above may result in loss of deposit, citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours apply to outdoors and is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Failure to comply with the county regulations may result in an extra fee and/or cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
