"The noise level is over the top. They provide ear plugs for night as well as noise machines because their pool party is so loud until 2 pm nightly. That part is sad as the rest of the hotel is very nice. Great lobby bar and Z was a great bartender! Unfortunately the shower and sink both did not drain and it took an hour for the shower to empty…."

"For the most part everything was good, but there wasn’t any body wash inside the shower. We stayed here twice too. Different rooms. No body wash. Overall, not bad."

"Upon arriving the hotel looks nice , it is sandwich between parking car garages … we got in the room and the sliding g glass bathroom door was broken …— open the window blinds and we were looking at a parking car garage …. I had order a room with a Mountain View on the site ….. never happened . I called the front desk , they said “ oh. Yes we see you reserved that … set we don’t have any available ! “. “ we made that available tomorrow “ —- never heard from the staff again …. Until late Saturday …. We arrived Thursday !!!! I would Never stay at this hotel …. It’s clean …. But that’s it. Also ate at Giadia restaurant … 300$ dinner - food was terrible … I give this Arizona ceasar republic experience Zero stars …. Looking forward to going home to Mailbu "
