Villa Mabouya (6 pers.)

Villa Mabouya is an all-wooden villa, in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden. Built in the hut spirit, it is a nature parenthesis with a large central living room completely open to the garden.

Located 300 m from the beach of Fort Royal, the Mabouya villa has a beautiful sheltered terrace without vis-à-vis with a view of a beautiful garden of 900 m2 and its private salt pool of 8m by 4m (protected by an alarm). On the left is the part including a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. If you are 4 or 6 people, on the right is a runway leading to 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80 and a bathroom. The area is 100 m2 with the covered terrace.

Equipment: Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, air brewer, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets. Kitchen including 4 gas burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave-grill. Washing machine, TNT TV. Wifi internet connection by fiber. Enclosed land 900 m2.

Around:

Fort Royal beach is a 300-meter walk away with no road to cross. From the Fort Royal hotel on this beach, activities (tennis, windsurfing, etc. (inquire on site for rates). restaurant and bar on the beach. Departure from the 9 km coastal hiking trail to the village of Deshaies via the most beautiful beaches of Deshaies: the Perle beach and Grande Anse.

Botanical Garden of Deshaies 7 km away. Many hikes within a radius of 40 km. Soufrière volcano at 65 km.

Diving clubs in Deshaies, observation of whale and dolphin migrations in season.

Practice:

Bien situé tres propre. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine Si je devais faire trois critiques la douche située prés de la cuisine mérite un coup de jeune, le rideau est trop long et il y a toujours beaucoup de moustiques. Des oiseaux font leur nid dans le patio et les poules et coq linvestissent donc chaque jour il faut nettoyer. Sur une semaine la piscine devient sale. Merci encore pour Cette belle semaine.

Agréable séjour en famille

Très belle villa, très bien équipée (peut-être prévoir un sèche linge, pour les jours de pluie !). L'environnement est très calme. Un grand merci à l'agent immobilier pour son accueil et sa grande réactivité à nos demandes. Une adresse à recommander.Veronique

Very Private House

Es ist alles wie beschrieben und unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Der Garten und Pool ist eigentlich überhaupt nicht einsehbar. Die Verwalter haben sofort auf alle Anliegen reagiert und waren bei Wünschen sehr kulant.Trotz eigentlich trockener Jahreszeit hat es jeden Tag teilweise mehrfach geregnet, manchmal sogar "aus Kübeln" geschüttet. Da der Wohnbereich offen ist und die Dachrinnen wohl etwas blockiert oder überfordert waren, hatten wir ziemlich oft das Wasser im Wohnbereich stehen. Da würde ein Wasserabzieher für den Boden große Hilfe leisten. Durch den Regen und Wind war der Pool stärker mit Blättern belastet als wohl um die Jahreszeit üblich. Da wäre ein Poolsauger ganz angenehm, da vieles auf den Grund sinkt. Der vorhandene Kescher reicht dafür leider nicht aus. Dafür war das Wasser im Pool immer frisch und klar.Ansonsten waren die Stechmücken eine große Plage. Normalerweise sind wir keine Freunde von pauschalen Gegenmaßnahmen mit Insektensprühmitteln, aber hier unabdingbar. Super Cobra Kills Flying Insects Spray gegen fliegende Insekten 400 ml (gelbe Dose) - gibt es im Leclerc Supermarkt und kostet nicht viel. Haben wir dann jeden / jeden zweiten Tag in allen Räumen und auch im offenen Bereich eingesetzt.

1 semaine à la villa Mabouya

Séjour très agréable dans une chouette villa bien située. Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine est grande et bien équipée, le séjour sous couvert est top avec beaucoup d’espace et de places (canapés et fauteuils). La cuisine est bien équipée même si le lave-vaisselle était en panne lors de notre séjour! Inconvénient: il faut 3 clés pour fermer la maison : cuisine et chambre 1, chambre 2, chambre 3. Spécificité: la maison est entourée de végétation et donc de petites bébêtes…
