Tolle Aussicht und sehr grosse Ferienwohnung

Leider ist die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt aber da alles gross angeschrieben war mit unserem Namen haben wir dann doch alles gefunden. Die Villa ist ein richtig grosses Haus auf 2 Etagen mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit einem überwältigenden Blick aufs Meer und einem richtig grossen, nachts beleuchteten privaten Pool den unsere Kinder so toll fanden, dass der eigentliche Hotelpool gar nicht genutzt wurde. Es hat alles was man braucht incl. einer voll eingerichteten Küche, 2 Bäder und bequeme Betten. Problematisch war die Wasserversorgung, es hatte oft einfach kein Wasser zum Duschen oder für die WC-Spülung. Etwas sauberer hätte es auch sein können. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, in einigen Schüsseln in den Küchenschränken waren noch Reisreste. Vieles fühlte sich von Beginn an etwas schmuddelig an. Die Wäsche war jedoch sauber und konnte jederzeit getauscht werden. Leider werden die Zimmer während dem Aufenthalt nicht geputzt weil es eine Ferienwohnung ist. Die offene nur durch Jalousien abgetrennte Fensterfront zur Terrasse ist ein Problem wegen den Mücken wegen fehlenden Mückennetzen. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert einwandfrei. Das WLAN funktioniert nur in der unteren Etage. Die Lage ist toll, man braucht allerdings ein Auto alleine wegen dem steilen Anstieg zum Hotel. Die tollsten Strände sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell erreichbar. Ebenso wie ein grosser Supermarkt. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Arrivée 18h, heure de fermeture du bureau d'accueil. Une personne souriante nous présente les lieux, les excursions si on en a besoin.Elle nous accompagne dans l'appartement. Petit déjeuner copieux / pers avec une belle vue sur la mer: 1 croissant, 1 pain au chocolat, 1 yaourt, du pain, beurre, confiture, 1 capsule à café, 1 fruit Appartement "rénové". Vue partielle sur la mer et beaucoup de végétation. La cuisine extérieure propose un frigo, qui est en fin de vie. Séjour-chambre : rien à redire. Salle de bain : cuvette des toilettes non entretenue. Impression de saleté. Douche : canalisation rouillée. Etablissement 4* (auto attribué) : 1 dose de shampoing 1 petit savon de poche pour le séjour (6 nuits). Pas de changement de drap (usés et troués). Serviettes non changées : possible que sur demande au bout de 3 jours. Pas de ménage c'est à vous de le faire ainsi que de sortir les poubelles. Serviette de plage en location. Piscine "bonheur" : le pédiluve est bouché (il l'était déjà en janvier). pas de réparation Piscine "prestige" : 4 transats, aucune douche fonctionne,, idem jacuzi. les lattes de bois au bord de la piscine défaite, avec vis rouillées. Etablissement de 2002: mauvais entretien, état de vétusté avancée. L'accueil charmant, si vous avez besoin de randonnées, des conseils pour des visites: TOP Résidence hôtelière 4 étoiles : mensongé. Nous avons fait d 'autre résidence du même type en Guadeloupe où il y avait ménage quotidien, serviette...

Superbe emplacement mais ne vaut pas un 4*

Les + : - Superbe vue sur la baie et la mer - Appartement sympa, cuisine bien aménagée, le matin les oiseaux viennent prendre le petit déjeuner avec vous - Piscine bien entretenue et agréable Les - : - Forfait ménage à payer alors qu'il n'y a aucun ménage de fait que vous restiez 5 jours ou 1 mois... - Insonorisation inexistante - Service de changement de serviettes sur demande à la réception tous les 3 jours mais il faut attendre la fin de la journée pour les récupérer car elles sèchent (il n'y en a pas d'avance ?) - Service traiteur indisponible lors de notre séjour - L'appartement commence à être vétuste et manque d'équipements basiques : portes qu'on doit claquer pour qu'elles ferment, pas de tapis de salle de bain, pas de porte manteau dans la sdb etc - Il y a uniquement le minimum en savon et 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette ce qui fait light (sinon il faut payer 1.5e pour 2 rouleaux) En résumé, le cadre est très joli mais la résidence mériterait d'être un peu rénovée et de se mettre à la hauteur d'un 4* en faisant un peu de ménage tous les 3 jours par ex et en fournissant les équipements de base. Voiture obligatoire car il n'y a rien autour, heureusement que l'on a pu se restaurer le 1er jour au restaurant Fort royal à 10mn à pieds car le traiteur était indisponible. Attention, forte pente à monter si vous êtes à pieds.
