"Rooms are dated and old. Things need general maintenance. Eg: patio door lock was lever was broken and looks like it wouldn’t lock properly, one of the drawers won’t close, one of the lights don’t work. The hotel is old so hallways are dark. It is an older hotel and it shows. Fine for the price. Got what I paid for."

"Nice hotel, iconic and great location for the old town. Can’t fault the cleanliness or the staff. Only downside was it seems to be a victim of its own success as there are so many people visiting it takes a while to get a seat at the bar and our dinner booking was 20 mins late. The sauna and steam are in the gents and ladies changing rooms respectively so you can’t spa with your partner, which is a shame."
