Dessau UNESCO vacation apartment "Franz" - for nature and culture lovers

Welcome to the Franz vacation apartment. Our lovingly furnished apartment Franz is located on the 2nd floor of our three-family house and offers 57 m² of space for a relaxing vacation.

The heart of the apartment is the bright eat-in kitchen (approx. 15 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area as well as satellite TV and CD player - ideal for cooking and enjoying moments together.

In the spacious bedroom (approx. 29 m²) you will find a comfortable double bed, a single bed and a spacious 3-door closet - perfect for couples, small families or good friends.

Take a deep breath outside & feel good
Enjoy sunny hours on the covered terrace with seating area - whether you're having breakfast outside or a glass of wine in the evening. Your bicycles will find a secure parking space in the enclosed courtyard, and free parking is available for your car directly in front of the house.

Family-friendly all round
Children up to 6 years stay free of charge. For the little ones, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable: baby crib with mattress and bed linen, high chair, potty, toilet seat and stool. We have also thought of children's toys, cutlery and crockery - so that your children feel welcome right from the start.


Extras that make your vacation more enjoyable
Of course, free WLAN is available throughout the apartment. We offer a small bike rental service for exploring the surrounding area:
A 26er ladies' bike, a men's bike and a 24er children's bike can be rented for a small fee.
