"After speaking directly with the owner Ahmad of the flat to confirm the reservation, my family and i went the next morning to Alexandria and met with the property manager Mohamed who was extremely professional and curtious ,made sure our accommodation was handled properly. The follow with the owner after the departure was very comforting to see that we were happy with our stay . I definitely recommend this location and I will be returning to Alex. during Christmas. "The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
