"The room was clean and parking was right in front of the room and staff was friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast could use some improvement. Very scarce and no variety. No toast, bagels, english muffins or patries. They have waffles, apples, yogurt, cereal, everyday. That's it. We were there for 5 days and breakfast is only from 6-9am. Missed it 3 days. The hotel could probably get better ratings with small effort. "

"They put us in a room that was under construction. There was no running water or electricity! I couldn’t even flush the toilet! It’s illegal and they won’t refund my money. Terrible establishment. Very disappointed! "

"The property is located just off Scottsville and across from a Meijers and other big box stores. The place still smelled of new-build and was prestine. The room was spacious with a seating area and full kitchen stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Bathroom was very spacious. Beds were on the soft side but comfortable. There is on-site lsundry and a laundry basket is provided to the double door closet. The only downfall was the elevator was Out of Service shortly after we checked in. We were on the top (4th) so was not bad. Would definitely book here again."

"The property was what we need for a one night stay. The room are on the small side but it is what we expected. We have used Microtel for a one night stays in the past and they are fine and always priced well."
