"The friendliness of the service at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful, the hotel was clean, the restaurant and the bar on the premises were a hit. The pool, the ambience, the location, pretty much everything exceeded our expectations. I would recognize every single one at the hotel I came in touch with. "AMERICANS!! This review is for you and others that don’t speak Portuguese. We found one employee here who spoke a tiny bit of English and a little bit of Spanish. The others spoke maybe two words of English. We got along fine with the staff using our phones to translate. This hotel is the former home of the friar to the church on the corner. "Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia."

"Staff was great and super helpful! Our flights were delayed and they ready and waiting when we arrived at 2:30 am for 5 rooms. Had heads on pillows by 3am ! Breakfast in the morning was a really good spread of foods too! And it went till 10 am which was super. Property is older and a little tired but it was clean, safe and very reasonable."
