"Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber. "

So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. "
