"Beautiful hotel, and very good value: I had a large suite with separate kitchen and living room (way more space than I needed). Front desk, housekeepers, breakfast staff and bartenders all super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful, varied, and very easy to turn into breakfast and lunch (sandwich makings and fruit), and very friendly for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. My only criticism is that there is major construction going on adjacent to the property, and parking was very difficult and inadequate for the number of guests."

"Easygoing place. Train station right across the street. Some vagrants around but get chased away by the staff and transit police quickly. Some other guests can be annoying but are only there for a little while. Not much fear of theft in the parking lot. Staff is always helpful when they can be. "

"The property is beautiful. Some of the furniture was old and the black out curtains had holes. We even had problems with the toilet and they sent someone to fix it within 20 minutes. It was fixed in 5. Great service!!"
