"Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good. Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good. I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas."

The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

"Our host Wah couldn't have been more hospitable and friendly. The room was airconditioned on arrival, the bed was very comfortable and room clean and spacious. We had bicycles to use to meander into the main city via a quite back road. Wah helped us with booking tix for the car and our bus journey to our next location. Definately loved loved this stay."

The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English).
