"Worst vacation experience I've ever had! We could not contact the host for an entry code, and were stuck three hours from home with no place to stay. We had booked and paid for our accomodations 3 months previous so there wouldn't be any issues. "Clean, good communication, easy access to downtown"

"Pros: clean, quick communication with host, early check in allowed, great location for hockey tournament, easy settled in to relax and rest between games Improvements: another side table in the living room would be helpful, tv mounted to high to watch comfortably from couch, more charging ports beside beds , murphy bed mention os actually a cot( thankfully we did not require this) Overall enjoyed our stay.
