"Lavialle is a small hamlet at the head of of a gorgeous wooded valley just a few kilometres out of Blesle, one of "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France". The cottage is delightful and suited my wife and I perfectly. Paul and Genevieve are lovely friendly hosts and they have organised delightful circular walks from the cottage from easy (3k for us) to hard and very hard. "A lovely place we have returned to, great food and comfortable. Check in time however was wrong, for once we got to our hotel early and the owner had a note on the door asking guests to return at 5.30 so 2 hours to wait in a very small village rather than rest and refresh. Room lovely but a solid rather than see through door to the toilet would stop the light flooding the room if your partner goes to the loo."
