"The night clerk Richard was very friendly and I arrived very late. He was there the next morning and remembered our conversation from my checkin and was helpful in finding a place to get breakfast. My only complaint about the property is that they did not offer and coffee creamer that didn't contain sugar. I will definitely choose this property if I am in Bristol and I will recommend it to my friends"

"The best place in town for comfort, food, and of course gambling. I was offered a late check out (no charge) just so I can enjoy the pool that’s been recently upgraded. The rooms were clean, spacious, nice tv, bathroom was very nice, and I slept on a cloud. They have Cabanas with huge tvs pool side and I believe they have some sort of concession stand ( I’m pretty sure).The staff was amazing. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what did it for me. I mean just very cheerful, informative, and seemed so excited to be of help… definitely will be returning the place is huge so I have to double back to catch the live entertainment, the spa and win so money…"

"The property has good eating within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, everything in good condition. The breakfast was fresh and complete the next morning. A little pricey for a travel stop, but overall worth the splurge."

"I drove coast to coast and back staying at multiple hotels overnight. This particular hotel being my last prior to returning home to Maryland. This hotel far exceeds any other hotel stay! Clean, safe, convenient, quiet, and very relaxing. I slept the best of my entire trip! "
