"So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. I called the Alamo talked with Carrie when we got to the Alamo she had went above and beyond she had a room ready and waiting for us early and she had the AC on and running in our room for my husband, even though he didn’t get to enjoy it because he was in ICU, but her thoughtfulness was above and beyond and had also reached out and said anybody else in our party because we were there for a benefit for my husband, she had rooms for them all. And yes, some of our guests did check in and were very satisfied. I would definitely stay at the Alamo again."

"Accommodations were very, very nice. Especially for the price point. Staff friendly, convenient location. We ate at the rail, yard restaurant excellent food and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
