"I was hesitant to book as there were no previous reviews (we were the first guests) but so glad I did! The house was great; just as pictured/stated. Quiet cove with a great place to dock boat, swim and hangout. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this house in the future! "

"we enjoyed this home, house was clean and everything was in good working order. The boat dock was great for swimming and the boat slip was great to have for our boat.we would have liked for there to be a slide for the kids to enjoy. overall this home accommodated our family very well"

"The place was amazing and the view was worth everything. We spent a long weekend celebrating my son and his girlfriend graduating from Vet school. We all had a great time and the place had everything you could think of. Would definitely recommend a stay here. We even were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a wonder note. "We had a tremendous time. Accommodations was great. Golf course right next-door. Marina right next-door. Could rent jet, skis or boats or whatever. Had a dock with some of it covered, which was really nice with chairs that you could entertain down there while you’re swimming. Also had a fire pit that was Gas fueled so it was great for s’mores. All in all great place very clean and good."

"It was a great little house in a beautiful location. There were a few things needing repairs. The master shower was cracked. The water pump had to be shut off to keep from running constantly and the garbage disposal leaked. We would have given it a excellent review if these items were fixed as it was an amazing location."

"The check in process was fine. It was my fault for not fully reading all of the details, especially the trash situation which is odd. The house was great but the air conditioning was so unbalanced that we had to close the bottom floor registers just so the upstairs would get close to the same temp. The kitchen was fine. The furniture was fine. The beds were less than enjoyable. Some had moisture barriers which was odd for a queen bed. There are definitely things that can be improved with these...
