The staff went above and beyond to make me feel truly special throughout my stay. Every interaction was kind, attentive, and genuine. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal. My room was spotless and elegant, cleaned thoroughly every day with attention to detail. The atmosphere across the resort was serene and inviting, ideal for unwinding and celebrating. It was everything and more than I could have hoped for. "Room was high-quality, spotless, The food was amazing especially the buffet, The four-wheel ride to the Hot Springs was super fun because we got to see monkeys and the Hot Springs were awesome especially the steam room and hot pool. Fun to see herds of horses go by being driven by the real Cowboys, awesome to see toucans, coatis, and lots of other wildlife. Also love the authentic pottery making demonstration. it was a wonderful adventure we will never forget"
