I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! Property is gorgeous, Debbie, Jairo and crew made all our requests a reality from scheduling tours, airport shuttle and numerous other requests. We spent the majority of time relaxing by the pool. Carols, Gina and Tatianna were the absolute best. A few tears were shed when we left"

"Honestly did not expect the 5 star service that they provided. I’ve never been greeted out front of a hotel until this stay. Breakfast is included but we had to leave before breakfast and sure enough at 4:30am there was breakfast waiting for our family at the check out desk! Amazing service, and the rooms and property were beautiful!!"
