"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Communication was great, and the few minor issues we had were addressed as immediately as possible. This was a great home base for us to explore the Lake Arenal area, including La Fortuna. A note: a 4WD vehicle is pretty necessary to get to this house (but it’s totally worth it!). We loved eating breakfast at Restaurante de Caballo Negro just up the road on our way to La Fortuna."

"I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there"
