"Staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, very clean and comfortable and would stay there again when next in palu."

"The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan in the room so it didn’t get too hot. The host spoke good English which was really helpful and the family were friendly and welcoming. It was possible to organise boat trips here to some of the different beaches. "Excellent stay here we enjoyed our wedding the staff were brilliant. Thank you"

Half the meals on menu weren't available. Little to no help with recommendations for taxis, getting transportation or suggesting sites to see. Odd location."

"This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the...
