"The apartment was not ready on the day of booking and the host moved the days to add an additional day on the end of my reservation instead of refunding what was due when we did not check in on July 4. Also, the host stated the apartment would be ready by 12 while we waited an hour and a half in the lobby for the apartment to become ready after a short clean."

Since there was a festival on we had little choice but to accept another room at the higher price of the original booking."
