"From the time we booked it was excitement for all.Communication was no problem and they were willing to help in any way.The surrounding properties are absolutely beautiful and the sunsets were magnificent.Very clean and stocked well with supplies that were needed. "Entrance front of house of chipped at bottom as wood was worn out. Lots of critters in front of entrance. Cob webs inside house, light bulb in kitchen took 1 hour to turn on by Day 2 as well as outlets in kitchen stopped working. Air unit display was not accurate although maintenance came by. Informed to disregard reading showing 78 degrees but use a device to read the vents in the ground to prove the air unit was lesser. However, what sense did that make if the air quality was a hot humid...
