"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. The house itself was fine, but it is advertised as OK for long term guests and I would have to disagree with that. "Beach front to White Sand Beach. No matter what you pay the value is amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool was the perfect temperature and the whole property is the beach. I stayed in a cluster villa and t the view of the ocean from my front porch was perfect. So glad I stayed here. "

"The resort is clean, and the staff are very welcoming. Since it’s low season, it was quiet and relaxing. Due to the strong waves and high winds, some garbage gets washed up on the shore, but the staff do a good job of cleaning it up. Because of its location, food options are limited, so plan accordingly. Tip: If you enjoy fruits, buy them from the fruit stands on the way to the resort—they’re much cheaper compared to the prices in Bangkok. Having the pool was a huge plus, especially when the beach wasn’t accessible."

"The resort needs updating. The pathways are unsafe in parts for older and unsteady people. The staircase was not washed in the four weeks we stayed. However the wifi was excellent, there was always hot and cold water, and the air conditioning was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Would we go back? No. The owner could update the buildings and pay cleaners to wash down stairs and corridors. "
