I had requested second floor and got first with a room immediately off the lobby. I am not sure if the rooms on the site are given little or no priority re requests. The hotel was not full. "

"EVERYTHING about this stay was wonderful from being greeted by the nicest person ever, who gave us an upgrade as I had asked to be ground floor by an exit. He quickly accommodated my request and the room was more spacious and was beautiful. After we checked in we went to get coffee creamer and were given exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a big variety of items that were all fresh and tasty. Was a nice stay"
