"The host was disinterested in the fact nothing in the unit worked. No TV, but worst of all there was not a working kitchen. There is a propane stove with no propane. We even tried to buy cold, no cook foods and found no useful dishes. A moldy, coffee pot. She told us we could leave, which we did after one night, but as of yet, no refund. We paid for a month. VRBO TAKE ACTION!!! SEND BACK OUR MONEY!!!"

"I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "

"Been going to this hotel for more than 20 years. One of the most professionally managed hotels in the country. Always super clean and can't beat the price. Owners really take pride on there property."

"My experience was a very nice one. A simple easy check in. The receptionist is multilingual which is nice. A quick elevator ride to my floor and in my room in less than five minutes from entering the hotel. The room was big. Very clean and everything in working order. Bathroom is a bit tight but I managed as a 6’ 230 lb man. The free breakfast was good. Great holadres. My only issue is that the parking is shared by several other businesses and spaces are limited. Perhaps leave your car when you can get a spot and use InDrive or Uber. Overall it was well worth the low price and I will stay again."

"Safe place-24/7 Front Desk Plenty parking Very clean Quiet The best is the STAFF Cuisine could improve, then market restaurant. Restaurant is dark and drab. Change tablecloths to white or soft yellow. Make more attractive with simple live flower centerpieces and battery candles. Female servers in restaurant and bar need to be much more attentive. They only stop by the table to take and bring orders. They don’t check in betweens to check for your needs. It was hard to get their attention to pay the bill. These are reasons why the bar could be losing money. They serve drinks and never return to offer food or more drinks. Dramatic difference with hotel reception staff. Add more vases with live flowers in reception room too. I will return to hotel but avoid restaurant and bar."
