"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

"Leider nicht zu empfehlen Die Außenanlage wirkt ungepflegt & vermittelt einen wenig einladenden Eindruck. Auch im Inneren zeigt sich ein veralteter Zustand – zwar grundsätzlich funktional, aber längst nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Was uns jedoch auf dem Weg ins Zimmer und im Zimmer selbst erwartete, kann man nur als Renovierungs-Fail bezeichnen: Flur: Unsachgemäß verlegte Fliesen und hochstehende Teppichkanten stellen eine deutliche Stolpergefahr dar. Zimmer: Der Zustand war schlichtweg...

"I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"
