"We enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel Durham. The hotel is very modern and sleek. The bar is beautiful with a comfortable lounge area to sit and relax. The location is excellent for those visiting Duke University/Hospital area, with numerous restaurants right outside the door."

"Checkout time is 12 PM, but room service knocked on my door at 9 AM, making it seem like I needed to leave. I politely informed them that checkout was at noon. About 15 minutes later, a man returned and actually used his key card to open my door, attempting to come in. Thankfully, I had the top latch locked. Perhaps they were new and unaware of the checkout time, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. Guests should feel secure and respected in their rooms until checkout time.. other than that everything was fine"
