Lydia, always elegant and attentive, with an eye for detail and a gentle grace that brought a unique charm to every day. Caroline, caring, welcoming, and full of positive energy – she made us feel completely seen and cared for. Job, our waiter, was simply wonderful – professional, kind, and full of character, always there with a smile and perfect timing. Royce, still in guide training, stood out with her beautiful, radiant smile and her heartfelt enthusiasm – a truly inspiring young woman. And Rosemarie, so lovely and warm – she quietly enriched our stay with her gentle and kind nature. What really touched us is that every single member of the staff, even those not named here, was genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. You can feel the deep respect among the team and from management, not just toward the guests but toward one another. Right in front of our tent, at the dry waterhole, stood a huge elephant, peaceful and majestic – an unforgettable moment. "

"From the first second or family arrived Andrew and Jacob s well as the rest of the staff were super friendly and took care of every need. They took our food orders, washed and dried our clothes, offered us drinks, set up the WiFi, and shared knowledge with us about Zambia and South Luangwa National Park. Our rooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Showers had hot water for those who enjoy that. We had a bonus from the local dance group and we enjoyed the traditional dance show. "

"Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. We’re from Australia and on bicycles. We were warmly welcomed the moment we arrived and made to feel special! The food was exceptional! Dinner and breakfast surpassed our expectations. We’ve been travelling for 4 years so it was a lovely surprise ( congratulations to the chef!) The only negative comment is that the location on google maps is incorrect so we ended up cycling an extra 10 kms ! However just a minor point as the hotel certainly was a 10/10 for us. "
