"We absolutely loved our stay here. The house has a very clean and cozy feel. We loved the layout, wood floors, spacious rooms, sunroom, and kitchen. We need to travel with our own food due to medical needs, so I especially loved the kitchen and its built-in pantry and nice fridge. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The location is convenient to attractions and shopping. Be sure to head over to the city park by the water that's super close by."

"Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival. Trash around property. Kitchen grimy and appliances not cleaned upon arrival. Sheets and linens were fine however the overall cleanliness of property was well below expectation."

"The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished.
