"Fabulous Parador in the mountains. Upgrade to a Mountain View room if you can. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant serving the best octopus I’ve ever had. Rooms aren’t huge but are well equipped.Parador easy to find and roads are good. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Stayed in the rooms for a family of five. It was nice. The water was warm and the jet tub worked well. We did not eat at the restaurant but went into town for dinner and our breakfast we brought back and put in the fridge. Only stayed one night but it was nice. "

"We had a warm welcome from the owner, and the apartment we stayed in was a good size, with a separate bedroom and living/kitchen area. The apartment is above a garage (separate to the rest of the hostel) and below the owners living area. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, with a microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of crockery and pans. However, there is no kettle (we used a pan to boil water on the hob) and it was woefully short on cutlery,...

"Es un lugar muy tranquilo para ir en familia. Aunque no tiene restaurantes cerca está Bejar y candelario. El hostal es típico de pueblo con toda la decoración campestre, el desayuno que ofrece esta muy bien y Pepe ha sido muy amable y nos ha resuelto todo lo que le hemos pedido. Lo recomiendo sobre todo para disfrutar del paisaje y de la tranquilidad y La Paz que ofrece la naturaleza. Volveré "

"Estuvimos en plena tormenta de 'Filomana' y fue una experiencia increible para la pareja y para una pequeña de 4 años. Una casa muy cuca, acogedora y un tamaño perfecto para 2-3-4 personas. El entorno perfecto, cerca del Barco de Avila y de la sierra de Gredos, pero en un pueblo minusculo e ideal para lo que buscabamos. El trato con la propiedad y los vecinos del pueblo fue inmejorable. Todo perfecto"
