"Pros: Nice, seemingly new hotel. Clean room. No closet but had plenty of hooks on the wall to hang up your clothes and such. Plenty of receptacles to plug in electronics. A mini fridge perfect to store drinks. Ice machine on both the 1st and 2nd floor. We didn't go any higher than that. Heat/Temp was consistent. The black out curtain was a shade that you pushed a button to put down or up. Perfect!!!! Loved it! Breakfast: Even though they said it was a grab and go breakfast, they had plenty of variety. Apples, bananas, honey, peanut butter, hot breakfast sandwiches, bagels, biscuits, toast, 3 different flavors of yogurt, etc. 24/7 tea and coffee. Cons: No carpet in the room so it was cold and noisy. You could hear people above us walking. No folding rack to put your suitcase. I found the evening check- in person to be in a hurry and not very friendly. She didn't offer the typical "Breakfast is from..." or "Your password is..." I had to ask while she was walking away. Checkout was interesting. I liked checking out on the room TV. It said the key would be deactivated but didn't tell us whether we should leave it in the room or drop it off at the desk. Although we dropped it off at the desk she didn't seem friendly either. "

"We asked for a 1 hour late checkout due to a medical procedure in South Bend that day. They were very nice and gave permission."

"The Hotel is old and outdated. HOWEVER, the friendliness and cleanliness were off the charts compared to some higher-priced hotels. It was an unexpected, perfect pit stop for my son and I on our trip to Cleveland. The area has tons of food options and other awesome pit stops. The drive is scenic and Amish interesting as well instead of highway garbage and terrible drivers. We will make this our regular pit stop to CLE from here on out. "

"Easy check in and bottled water waiting at desk for us. Seems like a newer building too. No issues. Would stay again. I typically do Marriott hotels but this IHG is very nice"
