"One of the worst experiences in our travel life. Check in at 2 pm. The place was not ready until 6 pm. The sheets were dirty and we have to have them change after we checked in. The booking says that we get to Occupy the entire place. in the middle of the right 4 guys showed up and checked in tomineof the rooms in the house. We felt very unsafe. We only got one bath towel which is worn down. No toiletries. After 15 minutes of argument we got two extra kitchen towel as wash cloth. We booked for 4...

A Happy Little Hotel !

"We were really happy with our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food is good, rooms are comfortable with adequate amenities. The Bonfire on the misty and cold evenings were welcome - the evening 5 PM TEA Tasting was a warm touch. Overall, very happy with our choice. "

"First thing after reaching the location I couldn't find the property,After interrogating with localities, they told there is no such hotel.So in that location there was another hotel where the owner told lot of fake bookings are happening with name of the hotel.So no one helped from expedia customer care when I called on toll free number."

Lovely historic hotel

"We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The breakfast and restaurant were good and staff were keen to help. If I had a criticism it is that service can at times be slow despite there being lots of staff around. "

"It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation."
