From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. "The room was clean and had a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge to find and is limited but was still convenient to have access to as there is not much parking elsewhere in the city. I would stay here again if I was in the area!"
