The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids. "

Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "So well designed, maximises the spectacular view, utilities in all the right places, enjoyable cooking facilities, drying room for ski gear. Great location for those not skiing also as it is next door to the astra spa. Would love to go again"

"Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service. "
